Our Florocrete Sculptured Floor Tile product range poses an exciting new alternative to conventional floor surfacing. Breaking away from conventional flat floor tiles and surfaces, this Sensiopathic Sculptured Floor Tiling offers one the unique option to create a personal expression, whilst not detracting from functionality and durability.
 
Made from Resocrete’s unique formulation Resocrete Mod2, aside from superior abrasion resistance, the Florocrete Sculptured Floor Tiling can be pigmented to a vast range of colours and finishes, can be solid cast in an array of cultured granite finishes, and offers one the alternative of a smooth surface or a textured finish, depending on the application.

PERSONALISATION
With the outstanding material properties of the Resocrete Mod 2 formulation, one enjoys a product which has more than 8 times the durability and abrasion resistance of conventional concrete and ceramic tiles.
 
The Customer’s choice in design and detail of both the shape of the tile, and the surface composition, becomes an exclusive expression and personalization, promoting company logos, trade marks, textures and shapes.

ABRASION TEST
Tiles are regularly tested for abrasion resistance using the C & CI Abrasion Testing Method. This recognized industry standard comprises the use of a vertical machine mounted 60 mm diameter wire cup brush. An aggregate is then fed through the hollow shaft of the brush onto the surface of the tile which combined with water, produces a highly abrasive slurry, which is then ground into the surface of the test substrate. This test is carried out for a period of 10 minutes and on all tests measured to date, the depth of abraded penetration measured was nil microns
